There you are. We shall contribute to the betterment of education. I got
to descend at some points Andrews has indicated, I am afraid.

But actually where r v?

The entire environment has changed. The way we used to 'teach' and the way
the kids used to 'listen', the role of TB, HB etc, the way local bodies
looked at schools, the awareness among the public... Definitely, we are
advancing.. The quality of school education in kerala is better than any
other state in India.

quality of teachers?

Teachers are not recruited considering their attitude, aptitude, competency
etc.. Some even obtained this JOB for money. Still, the quality of
teachers can be enhanced through active interactions. We have proved it
during dPEP. So, my point is that appropriate strategy to interact with the
teachers must be evolved. It is a misconception that 'best education' is
delivered through the un aided system. Even the input at the professional
streams is indicative that general schools are far better when compared with
the other.
