Raju,
i dont get ur argument, although u use words like "violent design" and
"virus", u dont seem to justify it.

lemme ask you,
1. What are the effects of "Smart City" which are undesirable?
2. What is the alternative model (that guarantees earning of money) to the
Smart City?
