But what is investment?

Is it just investment of capital or money? What about the investment of
labour? That way is investment coming in or is someone coming in search of
investment? Honestly ,I don't see this project as anything that special for
Kerala. But I hope this will remind people that we don't have to be begging
for the so called investments instead you need to negotiate. And going ahead
I hope we can negotiate better.
