I'm getting it correctly in my Debian GNU/Linux Etch machine. See the
screenshot attached. Are you using the padma extension?
http://padma.mozdev.org/ It converts most of the Indian language font
encodings (all major news paper sites) to unicode and you can view the
page if you have any unicode font. Are you sure you have enabled
support for indic in control panel? Probably it is taking Karthika
font, one that comes with XP by default.
