C-DaC, (at more than one location) ERDC (at Thiruvananthapuram) are
doing this.

Speaking for myself, I will do a jig, and distribute ladoos to
everybody. (If you give me your address and live in Kochi, I will
deliver 10 ladoos each to your homes). Promise.

The MoU is to provide ``FREE SOFTWARE', not ``any software from Red
Had''. If Microsoft takes over Red Hat, Microsoft will be compelled to
honour committments undertaken by Red Hat, Since RH is committed to
Government of Kerala to distribute Free Software, M$ will have to
start distributing Free software.

That means most of the threats M$ now waves at freesoftware will have
to be waived.

Now won't you joing me doing ajig and distributing ladoos?
